Look how nicely Samuel fixes up Madeline. (It's tape.  Luckily, not too painful coming off!!)

I'm not sure exactly how the boxes got inside.  My guess is Samuel found them in the garage.  Then, two ended up in the living room separately, then inside each other, which was a perfect fit for Samuel and Madeline.
